Vinyasa The vinyasa sequence includes inversions, twists and shakes that can enable you to release and letting go of what no longer serves you. By releasing and letting go, you will create space for something new.
Sankalpa After sweating and releasing, the mind is prepared for defining your sankalpa. Sankalpa can transform limiting beliefs into liberating beliefs. Sankalpa can also improve what all ready is, and make it even better. Through journaling and reflection you will find your sankalpa.
Yoga nidra Finally, it is time to lay down for a guided meditation - yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is a systematic relaxation technique. It is also a journey through your inner landscape, and a way to get to know your self.
Move me! All in all, we will move and get ready for 2020. Clean, recharged and ready to blossom.
